What we build
Automated invoicing: Weekly, biweekly, or monthly tuition invoices generated and sent automatically. Sibling & multi-child discounts: Discount rules applied automatically based on family enrollment. Autopay & late fees: Recurring autopay with configurable grace periods and late-fee rules. Subsidy & voucher tracking: State subsidy and voucher payments reconciled alongside private-pay tuition.
Implementation scope
Billing systems are built on Stripe for payment processing and connect directly to enrollment, so a new family's billing schedule starts the moment they're accepted.
